Mixed feelings on the use of this medicine to eliminate fungal infections.

Image
Recently had to deal with allergic reaction (understood as) turned fungal infection and was given this, apply to infected area for three days three times a day with a soaked gauze. It worked. I guess. I don't fully know if it did or not. But after redness and swelling went down, was instructed to use actual anti-fungal cream. Something I am unfamiliar with, but if you are in China your feet or wherever are in situation, head over to the pharmacy and check it out.

Your Sick Child and You-In China (2022)

Image
Being a parent of a child has been a healthy challenge enough, but say you are a parent/guardian of a child in a country generally foreign to you and with no government supports. I have now been in the position where I strongly believe we have it too good in Canada. No, this is not a which country is better kind of discussion, but it is observation and "prepare for it" based on life in China as a foreigner.  To start-No. China's healthcare is NOT bad or atrocious. It is limited depending on where you are and what you are looking for based on your available tender though. It is no secret based on films/television like "Dying to Live"(2019) that there was not just a national issue of healthcare in China-but globally as these scenes of how healthcare is manipulated is not much different from the corruption/monopolistic behaviours that are generated through other media streams internationally. Are a lot of the scenes people are privy to in mainstream television and ...

A Poem on "Community" by Carmelo Bono

A Summer in Haldimand County   Gesellschaft An exchange of tender for goods. Gas, worms and a cup of coffee, Gemeinschaft Honking while along familiar neighbourhoods. What’s new at Super Video for us to see?   社会 Folk of humble Haldimand heritage, Quaintly tucked away in the Grand River’s swoon. 社区感 Cast a line off Byng Bridge, Families enjoying the late afternoon.   niineta  (only I)   Heading into town for work or to shop Coming back home around four with fresh vegetables to chop. zaagidaawanidiwag (they file out in a group) Binding us deeply is not language or passport, But through the very thing we seek-in the place where we consort.   In my life, in our Community.

Recommended Reading for Adventurers-Papua New Guinea

Image
About 4 years ago, I had PNG whispered into my ear from an individual who probably fit right in there. I have long since sought adventures, working my way up tot he gull of traveling to a place such as PNG. A couple years ago, my intrigue grew to the point where I needed to soothe it (at least a little), I did research, booked a ticket (before the research actually) and then cancelled my ticket due to the exorbitant amount of advisories against it. I still think a part of me proven domesticated (more than I would have liked to admit that time, but with a family on the rise, it was a necessary decision). Note, I did try to redeem myself with a suicidal expectation of the EBC trek last year (still don't feel that makes up for chickening out of PNG). But nonetheless, I am sharing a read that I found just remarkable really, as outdated as it is. I highly recommend it if you are an adventurer looking for a new goal. Give this a read before heading out to PNG and afterwards, let me...

Permanent Residency for Wife Moving with Canadian to Canada

Image
This process has changed since Sept 2023. This description of events is pertaining to the principal applicant being my wife applying as spouse through family class. I being the sponsor will need to produce documents as well. Our son is a citizen through birth right, therefore we are not really applying through anything for or through him. --------------- Note: Documents are conveniently located in one drop bar location here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides.html My wife and I have been married for two years (together for 5 now, married in our 3rd year together). We have a son who we just completed the application for of citizenship and passport. I am a born and raised Canadian paying income taxes in Canada still with residency still in tact as I own "property" and have not renounced my residency in Canada. Now for my wife's PR, I am beginning to collect resources and links, building the accumu...

120 hr. TEFL Course Module 7-Pedagogy (Pt.2 Exposition)

Image
Module 7: Pedagogy 7.1 Exposition Pedagogy is such a complex topic that it could be its own course, so as we discuss the theories that inform a teacher’s planning, implementation, and assessment, keep in mind that we are giving an overview rather than a comprehensive study. Here are some of the most well-known theories of education.  Considering that education in some form or another has existed since the dawn of man, it is surprising to know there are so many different theories regarding the best way to provide education for students. While many of these can work together to inspire teachers in their planning and instruction, some of them directly contradict each other and have led to debates within the profession. Here, we will cover a few of those theories and discuss how they can inform your teaching. 7.1.1 Bloom’s taxonomy  Benjamin Bloom studied learning and concluded that learning activities could be categorized into six segments based on the le...
