LEVEL 2: Controller Config.

most reliable piece of machinery, but it currently seems to be capable of the task needed. The tricky part is configuring the piece to work with the exact controllers to that of the Retroarch set up. Which tells me that without Retroarch's configuration already built into the program, I need to monkey around with the controls to get them working in a somewhat similar resemblance to that of the original gaming console.

So far, I can get the analog working, but the "c-buttons" seem to be unusable along with the bumpers and "z-trigger", more time will tell me more of how to make this work.

I purchased a USB N64 controller for something around 5$, not the most reliable piece of machinery but it seems to be capable of performing the task needed. After some odd 30-minutes, I was able to get the analog stick working to an extent, but the "z-button trigger" and "C-buttons" seem to be non-functional with Retroarch's set up?

I need more time and also need to review some of the configurations created for other game console controllers.

I have also recently purchased a USB connector/connected SNES controller for those classics as well.

Next step, SEGA?

LEVEL 3: CREATING ROMS...

I have been doing some research, wondering how people get the games onto the computer. The latest technology essentially comes from someone's basement and looks sweet. It is really easy to get SNES and N64 readers/ROM Dumpers because the pin sizes are smaller, where as the NES cartridge is a 72 pin piece. To create this device, essentially the technology had to be reverse engineered. Pretty wild stuff for some who has their Father's Library of NES waiting for a revisit.
